SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION SYSTEM WITH FUNCTION OF DECOLORING WATER FROM WASTE WATER TREATMENT TANK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to be used both when such decoloration treatment is performed on the sewage from a livestock farmer that polyferric sulphate and an organic flocculant are added to the filtrate treated in a waste water treatment tank, agitated and reacted and a colored material is separated as a solid component and when livestock excrement is separated at the beginning of a livestock excreta treatment step. PSOLUTION: The solid-liquid separation system with a function of decoloring the water treated in the waste water treatment tank is provided with: a means for adding polyferric sulphate to the filtrate aerated in the waste water treatment tank; a first reaction tank in which the polyferric sulphate-added filtrate is introduced, agitated and reacted; a means for adding the organic flocculant to the liquid which is treated in the first reaction tank and transferred halfway to a second reaction tank; a means for supplying the slurry, which is reacted in the second reaction tank and contains the solid component and a liquid component, to the lower position on the upstream side of a screw conveyer which is arranged aslant and driven continuously; and a means for squeezing the slurry conveyed continuously by the screw conveyer to subject the slurry to solid-liquid separation.
