PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure jet mixing method for creating a high-strength soil improvement body with little aging deterioration, in the ground of highly water-bearing viscous soil, and also to provide a high-pressure jet mixing apparatus.;SOLUTION: According to the high-pressure jet mixing method, when the viscous soil is agitated, by injecting air A at a high temperature into the soil-improvement target ground 12, under high pressure, moisture W in the viscous soil is forcedly evaporated, and then by discharging the moisture W to the ground surface as water vapor WA, the water content in the target soil to be improved is lowered.
