DRY WATER-CUTOFF STRUCTURE AT BOUNDARY BETWEEN OUTSIDE SPANDREL WALL IN BALCONY OR THE LIKE, AND EXTERNAL WALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry water-cutoff structure at a boundary between an outside spandrel wall in a balcony or the like, and an external wall, which can watertightly seal a gap between an upper surface of an end close to the external wall, of the outside spandrel wall in the balcony or the like, and the external wall, on a dry adhesive basis, and facilitates construction thereof.;SOLUTION: According to the dry water-cutoff structure, in a region above a fitting 3, a dry adhesive water-cutoff member 6 which is formed like a tape and flexible, is fitted into an external wall vertical joint 5 such that one lateral side surface adheres to one of surfaces opposed to each other across the vertical joint 5 and that the other lateral side surface adheres to the other surface, to thereby watertightly seal the external wall joint. Then a lower end of the dry adhesive water-cutoff member 6 is derived to an upper surface of the fitting 3, and expanded over the upper surface of the fitting 3 to adhere to the same. It is preferred that the dry adhesive water-cutoff member 6 has incisions 10, 10 formed in the respective lateral side surfaces, and that sections on both sides of the incision of each lateral side surface overlap each other and adhere to each other to be guided to the upper surface of the fitting 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
