PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a hard polyurethane-foam heat insulating layer by a spacerless construction method, with an improved property of adhesion with an adjacent heat insulating layer of a unit width.;SOLUTION: This construction method of the hard polyurethane-foam heat insulating layer is formed by constructing and joining a plurality of unit heat insulating layers in the width direction, and the unit heat insulating layers are constructed by repeating a unit foaming process, and the unit forming process comprises a surface material 11 supply process, a separation sheet 3 supply process, a foaming process of forming hard polyurethane foam 7 by supplying and foaming a foaming undiluted solution composition 30 from a mixing head 20 to a molding space formed of a base body wall surface, a surface material 11 and a separation sheet 3 and a separation sheet separating process of separating and removing the separation sheet 3 from below hard polyurethane foam after foaming and hardening, and the separation sheet 3 contacts with the base body wall surface having separation force of 150 to 600 mN/50 mm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
