POSITIONING GUIDE DEVICE OF PILE AND STATIC LOAD TYPE PILE PRESS-IN DEVICE EQUIPPED THEREWITH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning guide device of a pile without being required for any help when a static load type press-in pile is put on a chuck structural body of a static load type pile press-in machine.;SOLUTION: The positioning guide device 1 of the pile K guides the lower end section of the pile K movably pulled up by a crane in the upper end section to the chuck structural body 30 of the static load type pile press-in machine 2, it is the positioning guide device 1 of the pile K for positioning, it is mounted to a body of the pile press-in machine 2 at an interval larger than a cross section of the pile in the above of the chuck structural body 30, it consists of a pair of guide rod structural bodies 50h and 50m projected from the body of the press-in machine 2 in an upper space of the chuck structural body 30, at least one of the guide rod structural bodies 50h and 50m is expandable, and typically, both of the guide rod structural bodies 50h and 50m are expandable. A pair of guide rod structural bodies 50h and 50m are so constituted that they are mounted to the pile press-in machine 2 in a state to spread out so as to enlarge an interval as it goes to the front end side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
