PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loss of exhaust gas energy of a gas turbine by suppressing generation of surplus steam.;SOLUTION: This surplus steam quantity control system for a gas turbine cogeneration system is provided with a waste heat boiler 20 generating steam by exhaust gas discharged from a turbine 5 of a gas turbine 1, and is provided with a regenerator 10 provided between the turbine and a waste heat boiler heating compressed air discharged from a compressor 3 of a gas turbine by exhaust gas of the turbine and supplying the same to a combustor 4, and a regenerator bypass mechanisms 13, 14, 15 arranged between the compressor and the combustor making compressed air discharged from the compressor bypass the regenerator and supplying the same to the combustor and adjusting flow rate of bypassed compressed air. A controller controlling operation of the regenerator bypass mechanism and a pressure sensor detecting waste heat boiler steam pressure are provided. The controller makes the regenerator bypass mechanism adjust flow rate of compressed air based on steam pressure detected by the pressure sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
