PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and durable restroom utensil having a multifunctional material functioning as a photocatalyst.;SOLUTION: A wash stand 11 has a base in at least a part of constituting members, at least a part of a surface layer of the base is constituted of titanium oxide or titanium alloy oxide, and uses the multifunctional material in which a carbon doped titanium oxide surface layer doped with carbon in a state of Ti-C bond is formed in at least a part of the surface layer.
