PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web content browsing/editing system and the like that enable easy and quick editing and the like of Web content without burdening a Web server and a client terminal and enable a timely check on the edited Web content on the client terminal. PSOLUTION: The system comprises the Web server for storing Web content as content information and layout information about components parted by predetermined objects, and sending to a client terminal the stored information and a framework including the function of implementing processing corresponding to an event generated in any component for the browsing/editing of the Web content.
