PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token selector provided with a highly reliable sensor for token detection with a simple structure. PSOLUTION: The token selector comprises: a token path 11 for rolling tokens from a token feeding port to a token discharge port; token counting sensors S1 and S2 provided on the token discharge port side of the token path for detecting the tokens; and a token detection sensor S10 provided on the lower end of the vertical part of the token path 11 for detecting the tokens in the token path. The token detection sensor S10 comprises: a piezoelectric element 21 arranged at a position at which a pressure is applied when the token passes through; a light emitting part LED for receiving a current from the piezoelectric element and emitting light; and a light receiving PD provided facing the light emitting part for receiving the light of the light emitting part.
