PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting and quantitatively measuring CK (cytokeratin) 20 mRNA by rapidly amplifying and detecting the mRNA of CK20 gene at a definite temperature and by one step operation.;SOLUTION: The method for detecting the CK20 mRNA is to measure the mRNA of CK20 gene by using a combination of specifically amplifiable oligonucleotide primers and measuring an RNA amplification process comprising the combination of the oligonucleotide primers by a method for detecting the amplification process using the oligonucleotide probe labeled with an intercalating fluorochrome.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
