PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple and precise measurement of a trunk visceral fat tissue.;SOLUTION: The biological impedance of the trunk is measured by a first frequency and the biological impedance of the trunk is measured by a second frequency which is higher than the first frequency. An internal organic tissue volume of the trunk is acquired on the basis of the somatic specification information, and the impedance of the internal organic tissue of the trunk is acquired on the basis of the acquired internal organic tissue volume of the trunk and the somatic specification information.
