PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable potentiometric titration of acetyl hydroperoxide and hydrogen peroxide by a single platinum electrode.;SOLUTION: This discriminated potentiometric titration device of hydrogen peroxide and acetyl hydroperoxide comprises a means for sampling a specimen and dispensing a titration cell, a means for dispensing buffer solution to the titration cell, and a means for dispensing a reagent to the titration cell. A platinum electrode is used as an indication electrode 1 for end point detection at the titration time, and the superficial area of a platinum electrode section 2 of the indication electrode 1 is set to be 1 cm² or more. As a specific means for obtaining the superficial area of such a platinum electrode section 2, the platinum electrode section 2 of the indication electrode 1 is formed in a spiral shape, a scroll shape, or a net shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
