PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a center bearing support mechanism capable of preventing a center bearing positioning member for positioning a center bearing from lowering of a press-in load thereof when pressing into a propeller shaft, to provide the center bearing positioning member, and the propeller shaft provided with them, and to provide a center bearing support mechanism assembling method.;SOLUTION: The seal structure of the center bearing support mechanism has the propeller shaft 20 which connects an internal combustion engine and wheels to each other, the center bearing 24 for turnably supporting the propeller shaft 20, the center bearing positioning member 34 to be pressed into by sliding with a sliding surface of the propeller shaft for positioning of the center bearing 24.
