PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed paper for a paper container, a blank and a carton, wherein adhesion of paste coating of a sack affixing and hot-melt affixing due to oil resistance on a surface of the paper container with oil resistance working is sufficiently secured, the processing properties are excellent, no dew condensation occurs even when performing chilled operation and refrigerated storage only by providing an oil-resistant layer for the paper container, the blank and the carton for selling and storing oily foods such as just-baked pizza, fried chicken and fried potato, and oil-stuck industrial products, and an oil-resistant layer can be provided in a case of chilled applications, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the processed paper for the paper container.;SOLUTION: The processed paper for the paper container has an oil-resistant layer 3 on the surface of the base material with the Steckiht size degree of ≥500 seconds. The oil-resistant layer comprises a non-fluorine-based oil-resistant agent, and formed in a pattern, and an adhesive coating area is excluded from the pattern.
