PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly accurately calculate lateral force generated on a plurality of wheels actually attached to a vehicle respectively during turning traveling of the vehicle. PSOLUTION: Magnitude of centrifugal force in a direction approximately perpendicular to a vehicle weight advancement direction applied to the vehicle during turning traveling and ground-contact length of each of the plurality of wheels during turning traveling of the vehicle are determined and the magnitude of the centrifugal force and the ground-contact length of the respective wheels are multiplied respectively. Thereby, the lateral force applied to the respective wheels are calculated for every wheel respectively and the lateral force applied to the respective wheels are calculated based on the magnitude of the centrifugal force respectively.
