PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility introduction planning system, a facility introduction planing method, and a program, wherein each medical institute for regional medical care has facilities of equal to or higher level than a general hospital. PSOLUTION: The system inputs vendor names and model names of instruments owned by each medical institute from a terminal 101 of a self medical institute 100 and terminals B-N of a regional medical institute, accesses a medical instrument vendor DB 411, etc., via the Internet 200, collects databases of the detailed medical instruments to constitute a shared DB 500, and prepares a facility plan on the basis of the data in the DB 500.
