PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block which is composed of an inorganic material mixture which is superior both in water retainability and water permeability, has relatively small specific gravity and proper toughness, can be collapsed relatively easily after being used up, does not cause a waste disposal problem, is returned to the soil easily, and suppresses an increase in manufacturing cost.;SOLUTION: The soil block is a mixture of pit sand of 15 to 60 wt%, molten slug of 10 to 35 wt%, Portland cement of 5 to 15%, recycled expanded glass of 20 to 30%, and an additive such as a nonionic surface active agent and pigment.
