POLYOL COMPOSITION AND ITS USE IN THE PREPARATION OF HIGHLY RESILIENT POLYURETHANE FOAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a highly resilient polyurethane foam. PSOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the highly resilient polyurethane foam comprises preparing a foam formulation containing a predetermined polyol composition, 2,4- and/or 2,6-toluene diisocyanate giving an isocyanate index of 75-120, water of 1-5 php, a crosslinking agent, a catalyst for forming urethane crosslinkings in the foam formulation and a surfactant and then subjecting this foam formulation to foaming and to curing.
