PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface reforming method for reforming a wall by thinly applying a lime plaster material onto old wall paper etc. , and the wall.;SOLUTION: The lime plaster 12, in which powder of an ore emitting an extremely small quantity of radiation is mixed into fine powder of a shell of a scallop, is applied by a thickness of 0.2-1 mm onto the wall paper 14 which is stuck on a wall surface, so that the wall covered with the wall paper 14 can be reformed. Otherwise, the wall is formed by applying the same lime plaster by a thickness of 0.2-1 mm onto the surface of a base wall 16. Since the lime plaster is opaque, stains on a substrate can be completely concealed. Waste matter associated with reform is not produced because the already-stuck dirty wall paper does not have to be peeled off and thrown away.
