PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and man-hours for work in the installation of a preceding handrail frame, and save lease costs and transport costs, by providing the preceding handrail frame for use on a building site etc., and bound-type prefabricated scaffolding using the preceding handrail frame.;SOLUTION: This preceding handrail frame comprises a frame which is formed of right and left standard members 2 and upper and lower horizontal members 4 and 5, and a reinforcing material 6 which is provided in the frame. In the preceding handrail frame, fixing brackets 9 are provided at both the ends of the lower horizontal member 5, respectively. In the bound-type prefabricated scaffolding, the lower horizontal member 5 for the preceding handrail frame is used as a ledger member with a binding part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
