PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a disconnection sensing circuit for a temperature regulator connected to a noncontact temperature sensor, and sense abnormality of the noncontact temperature sensor. PSOLUTION: An analog switch 10 is provided in series between an input terminal 2a of the temperature regulator 1 and an amplification circuit 9. The analog switch 10 is controlled and switched by a control circuit 11, in response to the existence of a supplied DC power supply Vcc. When the DC power supply Vcc is not supplied, the analog switch 10 is opened, and this is sensed by a detection circuit 6 for the temperature regulator 1 that detects the state equivalent to disconnection.
