JOINT FOR SEGMENT AND SEGMENT WITH THE JOINT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect segments to each other by a single operation and release the connection thereof without breaking the joints of the segments after the connection.;SOLUTION: This joint for the segment comprises a tube body 5 for supporting a stopper having a pair of claw access ports 5A formed therein oppositely to each other and a stopper 6 fitted into the tube body 5 for supporting the stopper. The tube body 5 for supporting the stopper is projectedly formed at the tube body fixing opening 2 portion of one joint plate 1A. The stopper 6 is formed of a pair of claw members 7 and an elastic member 8. The claw members 7 are formed in a converging tapered shape toward the projected end of the stopper supporting tube body 5. The elastic member 8 is detachably held between the claw members 7. When the stopper supporting tube body 5 is inserted into the joint hole of the other joint plate 1B of the other segment, the claw members 7 are projected from the claw access ports 5A by the elastic force of the elastic member 8 and engaged with the other joint plate 1B of the other segment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
