PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making the raising of moss seedlings and the transfer of the grown up moss to another greening target easy in the greening target such as a rooftop and in transplanting culture of the moss to proliferate the moss and to green in growing process, and for making protection of the moss seedlings in cultivation, maintenance of seedlings and maintenance of facilities easy. PSOLUTION: By using an artificial lawn of a plastic as the medium and using a nonwoven fabric as a water retention layer, seedling splash caused by rainstorm is prevented and water needed for cultivation of moss seedlings is supplied. And as the greening area is secured by combining base blocks, so transfer of the grown up moss seedlings to another greening target is made easy and maintenance is also made easy by making construction and removal easy.
