PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the creation of a quality environmental report by reducing the input burden of environmental data and collecting accurate and reliable environmental data.;SOLUTION: A system comprises a server computer 10 and a client computer 20. The server computer 10 stores correspondence between sections and groups including the sections, and stores environmental policies associated with the groups. The client computer 20 sends authentication information received from a user to the server computer 10. The server computer 10 identifies the section associated with the authentication information, identifies the group associated with the identified section, identifies the environmental policy associated with the identified group, and sends the identified environmental policy to the client computer 20.
