SAND PILE POURING SHIP AND SAND PILE POURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand pile pouring ship which enables foundation improvement at great depths while complying with height limits.;SOLUTION: The sand pile pouring ship 1 has a leader 3, a main pipe 4 and a subpipe 5, which are installed upright. Then the main pipe 4 is suspended along the leader with flexible up-and-down movement. The subpipe 5 is suspended side by side with the main pipe when the sand pile pouring ship is moved, and is joined with the main pipe and forms an extra-long casing pipe at the time of foundation improvement work. When the casing pipe is assembled, the pipes 4, 5 provided side by side are inserted through the opening of a pipe keeper part 7. Then only the main pipe 4 is lifted, and the lifted main pipe 4 and the subpipe 5 are set in a coaxial state, and finally joint of both of the pipes is performed. When the casing pipe is disassembled, the joint state of both of the pipes is released in a state that the casing pipe is inserted through the opening of the pipe keeper part 7. Then the main pipe and the subpipe are set and connected to each other in a side-by-side arrangement state in a condition that the subpipe 5 is inserted through the opening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
