PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel carbon particulate structure which retains simplicity of a manufacturing process and can realize high performance as a semiconductor material and a manufacturing method therefor, to provide an article suitable for manufacturing the carbon particulate structure, and to provide a carbon particulate structure electronic element and an integrated circuit using the carbon particulate structure.;SOLUTION: The carbon particulate structure is equipped with carbon particulates each having a graphite structure and a crosslinking site formed by a chemical bond between functional groups whose one or both ends are bonded to different carbon particulates.
