DNA SYNTHETIC ENZYME USING NONRADIOACTIVE LABEL AND METHOD FOR MEASURING ANTIBODY ACTIVITY TO THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the activity of the DNA synthetic enzyme through one step in no need of the pretreatment such as concentration of the samples since it has the sufficiently high measurement sensitivity.;SOLUTION: In the reaction vessel in which a nucleotide chain as a template for the DNA synthetic enzyme is fixed, are introduced a reaction solution including a deoxyribonucleotide that is complementary to the nucleotide chain and is marked with the nonradioactive label, a primer and a surfactant and the specimen to carry out the DNA synthetic reaction.
