MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STRESS CORROSION CRACKING SAMPLE AND TEST PIECE FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stress corrosion cracking sample capable of easily manufacturing a sample into which the stress corrosion cracking formed in an actual machine is introduced with good reproducibility on the basis of the elucidation result of a mechanism of stress corrosion cracking in low-carbon stainless steel, and a test piece for a non-destructive test. PSOLUTION: After a precipitate containing Cr is precipitated in the test piece of low-carbon stainless steel or an Ni-based alloy by heat treatment, stress corrosion cracking is produced under a corrosive environment due to a corrosive liquid. By this method, the precipitate containing Cr is precipitated even in the low-carbon stainless steel or the Ni-based alloy and the corrosion resistance of a grain boundary part can be lowered locally while the stress corrosion cracking can be formed.
