PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and a program for creating and displaying a geologic structure model, which enable the removal of an unnecessary stratum section without designation and selection by a user.;SOLUTION: This system for creating and displaying the geologic structure model comprises: a stratum boundary surface generating and computing part which determines the depth distribution of a stratum boundary surface in the above area by prescribed computing from a plurality of coordinate values in an evaluative object area to be input, and geologic data for each predetermined depth distance at each of the coordinate values; an intersecting point computing part for determining a nodal line of the two stratum boundary surfaces, when the stratum boundary surfaces cross each other; an area computing and splitting part for splitting each of the crossing stratum boundary surfaces as different split boundary surfaces by the nodal line; and a correlation determining and computing part for extracting the split boundary surface incapable of existing, with respect to relevant information indicating a relationship between the upper and lower positions of the crossing strata.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
