PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage dividing resistor for an acceleration tube capable of cost reduction and improvement of operation efficiency of an acceleration tube, and to provide the acceleration tube and an accelerator.;SOLUTION: The acceleration tube 1 accelerating ion (charged particles) I by impression of acceleration voltage V is composed of a resin-made acceleration tube main body 2 formed into a round cylindrical shape; a plurality of ring-shaped acceleration electrodes 3 arranged on an inner peripheral face 2a of the acceleration tube main body 2 with a prescribed distance in a row in a direction of an axial center of the acceleration tube 2; a plurality of voltage dividing resistors (voltage dividing resistors for acceleration tube) 5 spirally wound around an outer peripheral face 2b of the acceleration tube main body 2; and a plurality of terminal bolts (terminal members) 4 closely adhered to the acceleration tube 2, penetrating through the acceleration tube 2 in a radial direction thereof, of which, a top end part (front end part) 4a is electrically connected to the acceleration electrode 3, and a head part (rear end part) 4b is electrically connected to the respective connectors (connection points) 16 of the voltage dividing resistor 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
