PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen thin film sheet, its manufacturing method, reconstruction method using it, and autologous tissue regeneration inducible artificial skin or mucosa; the sheet which is free from ethical issues, safe, stably supplied, and easy to store and transport; which is a biological material into which autologous cells are entered promptly and which replaces autologous tissues and is absorbed after applied to a living body; and which has a reproduction-promoting effect on the autologous tissues.;SOLUTION: A collagen hydrogel containing a physiologically active substance inducing cell reproduction is dried at a low temperature and made into a thin film sheet to make the collagen thin film sheet. When applied to the living body, the collagen thin film sheet takes a role as an artificial extracellular matrix and induces the reproduction of autologous tissues while gradually being resolved and absorbed in the living body. In addition, when the collagen thin film sheet is an autologous tissue regeneration inducible artificial skin or mucosa, autologous tissue reproduction is induced to reconstruct the function of the skin or the mucosa by applying it to a defective part of the skin or the mucosa.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
