PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of surely and easily performing, in electronic transactions connected to customers through a network, trade account receivable collation of a plurality of customers having different cutoff dates by use of acceptance inspection data transmitted from the customers or the like.;SOLUTION: This system for accumulating trade account receivable collation data substantially comprises an EDI data receiving part 12 receiving EDI data from a customer 40; an acceptance inspection data receiving DB 13 storing the EDI data in a format of acceptance inspection data; an accumulation propriety determination part 14 determining whether acceptance inspection data stored in the acceptance inspection data receiving DB 13 are accumulated or transmitted to collation processing; an accumulation DB 15 storing acceptance inspection data; a sorting execution part 16 sorting the acceptance inspection data based on before or after a sorting date; an accumulation DB 17 storing acceptance inspection data determined to be on and after the sorting date; a collation processing DB 18 storing acceptance inspection data; and a collation processing part 19 performing collation processing to the acceptance inspection data stored in the collation processing DB 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
