PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute animations in accordance with types of communication media used by destination users.;SOLUTION: A management server 40 collects communication media type information from user terminals 10, 20 and 30 in advance, and stores. Receiving animation data from the distributor user terminal 10, the management server 40 generates sample data based on the communication media type information of the destination user terminals 20 and 30, and the management server 40 sends the generated sample data to the destination user terminals 20 and 30 via a communication network 100. The management server 40 also makes final decision with respect to a compression rate of the animation data based on instruction information received from the destination user terminals 20 and 30.
