DESIGN SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR SURGERY MEDICAL KIT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow selection of instruments necessary for a surgical operation, quick and easy designing of a layout inside a package of a kit commodity, and quick creation of a price estimate and a proposal for the kit commodity. PSOLUTION: A surgical operation name is selected, and according to the selected surgical operation name, instruments to be used for the surgical operation are displayed while being divided into a first group for standard use and a second group for application use. An example of a using sequence of the respective instruments during the surgical operation is shown. While an additional/substitutional instrument is selected if necessary and the using sequence is changed, a layout of the instruments necessary for the surgical operation is displayed by allocating icons to predetermined positions of a package. The layout can be changed by moving the icons. The price estimate and a proposal for reduction in costs are created based on the designed kit commodity. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
