METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INTERPHASE INSULATION PAPER FOR MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an interphase insulation paper for a motor consisting of a sheet piece which is equipped with all aromatic polyamides by sticking a sheet piece while suppressing the drop of heat resistance.;SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the interphase insulation paper for the motor, surfaces are abutted against each other for bonding, using at least one sheet piece 4 which is equipped with all aromatic polyamides at its surface. A near infrared light absorber is arranged on the surface, and the near infrared light absorber is irradiated with light, which has waveform of 800-1,000 nm, so as to bond the surfaces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
