PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a rotor of a motor that can reduce cost by improving the productivity and improve the quality.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the rotor of the motor is characterized by comprising steps for molding the magnet of the rotor and a position detecting magnet and demagnetizing them; setting the position detecting magnet to a drag with its end having a step set downward, and making the inside diameter of the position detecting magnet held by an inside-diameter holding part formed at the drag; setting the magnet of the rotor to the drag, by fitting a positioning protrusion into a positioning protrusion insertion part formed at the drag; setting a shaft to the drag; mold-cramping the notch of the magnet of the rotor so as to be pressed against by a notch pressing part of a cope; resin-molding the magnet; magnetizing the magnet of the rotor and the position detecting magnet; and assembling a bearing to the shaft.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
