PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional code and two-dimensional code-related information verification system and information verification method by which personal verification is available and compliance with forgery prevention is applied in an article, including an identification, a credit card and the like. PSOLUTION: A two-dimensional code 1 where unit cells of dark and bright patterns are arranged in a matrix. The unit cells configuring the two-dimensional code 1 comprises dots vertically horizontally arranged in nXm (where, n, m = natural numbers). Dot-stretched-linear patterns are formed on the unit cells 3 of the dark pattern. The linear patterns are provided with first linear patterns 61 and second linear patterns 62 arranged without superimposing on the first linear patterns 61.
