PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a coating solution for a glucose sensing film wherein the activity of enzyme or the like is kept and respective components are dissolved uniformly by simple operation.;SOLUTION: The coating solution for the glucose sensing film, which contains glucose oxidase or reductase, a reagent for producing a substance which reacts with a product due to this enzyme to develop the color of a color former, the color former and a film forming polymeric compound, is prepared using a process for preserving a first solution prepared by dissolving the enzyme and the reagent by a buffer solution, a process for preserving a second solution prepared by mixing an alcohol solution of the color former with a film forming polymeric compound solution and a process for mixing the first and second solutions when used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
