PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loan account payment management system with which cash is instantaneously paid from a cash payment device such as an ATM without using a cash card from a loan account to provide service in which instant payment from the loan account is possible while suppressing introduction costs using the existing facilities such as a bank. PSOLUTION: When an applicant requests opening of the loan account from an application terminal, a loan acceptance system opens the loan account in a bank host after performing an examination, a customer number is calculated by predetermined algorithm from an account number, etc. of the account in the bank host and informs the applicant of it. When the applicant inputs the account number and the customer number in a payment terminal and transmits a payment request to the bank host, the customer number is returned, converted by the same algorithm, the account number is calculated, when the calculated account number coincides with the inputted account number, the said person is identified and other payment conditions such as a personal identification number and the contract maximum amount are checked.
