OZONOLYSIS METHOD, OZONOLYSIS APPARATUS AND TREATMENT APPARATUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonolysis method capable of easily and certainly decomposing ozone by a simple method, an ozonolysis apparatus and a treatment apparatus capable of reducing a concentration of ozone in a waste liquid. PSOLUTION: The ozonolysis apparatus 1 is provided with a body part 2 provided with an inlet port 21 and an outlet port 22; and a plurality of filter members 3 provided so as to partition a space in the body part 2 to the inlet port 21 side and the outlet port 22 side. The respective filter members 3 are constituted of a support 31 permeable with a gas; and a catalyst 32 carried on a surface of the support 31. In the ozonolysis apparatus 1, ozone is decomposed by bringing ozone into contact with a hydrogen ion on a surface of the catalyst 32. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
