PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing conveying/sorting with low noise and less mechanical friction and impact at high speed when conveyance works conveyed by an original flow side conveyor are transferred to a branch flow side conveyor or are not transferred to it.;SOLUTION: The conveying/sorting system 10 comprises a sorting device 18 provided at an intersection part of the original flow side conveyor 12 and the branch flow side conveyor 14. When the conveyance works 16 transferred to the branch flow side conveyor 14 are taken-in to a conveying recession part, the sorting device 18 absorbs them by a suction port 26 of a suction device 22, rotates/moves them on the branch flow side conveyor 14 with the sorting rotor 20, releases a negative pressure and transfers the conveyance works 16 to the branch flow side conveyor 14. The sorting rotor 20 comprises sorting rotors 20A, 20B of upper stage and lower stage integrally rotated and the conveying recession part is constituted such that sizes of the upper stage and lower stage conveying recession parts 28, 30 of the upper stage and lower stage sorting rotors 20A, 20B are adjusted by deviating a phase in a rotation direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
