AUTOMATIC PRESSURE COOKER FOR ONE PORTION-SIZE NOODLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle cooker for shortening a cooking time without requiring skill.;SOLUTION: First, noodle cooking is started by turning on a start button. Second, an upper gate 2 is opened for waiting. Third, a water valve 5 is opened so as to pour water of about 1.0-1.5 litters, and after the termination of pouring, the water valve 5 is closed. Fourth, a steam valve 6 is opened so as to wait for the boiling of the water. Fifth, after the water is boiled, the noodles are thrown in from a throw-in port 8. Sixth, a pressure and temperature raising start button is turned on to close the upper gate 2 and pressurization is performed till the pressure of a pressure gauge 7 indicates 0.01-0.15 MPa. Seventh, after the termination of pressurization, the steam valve 6 is closed, the water valve 5 is opened, and cooling is performed. Eighth, the water valve 5 is closed after cooling to about 90-95°C, and a depressurization valve 4 is opened for depressurization. Ninth, the upper gate 2 and a lower gate 3 are opened so that the noodles are taken out and the needles are automatically made to fall from the lower gate 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
