PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a batch display on a screen in a visually intelligible manner by typifying required information such as instruction contents of physicians and the present situation and progress of medicine administration of patients concerning seriously injured patients in an ICU (intensive care unit) and a general ward. PSOLUTION: Instructions from the physicians are classified into extended medicines and regular/temporary medicines and displayed on a screen. An information terminal 6 can be accessed only by those who are permitted to operate the information terminal 6, by an apparatus for authenticating operators of the information terminal 6, and the names of those who accessed are automatically recorded and stored to obtain confirmation signatures. There is thereby no failure to put a confirmation signature, and confirmation of indication from whom, or the like, is facilitated. Further, information such as instructions from the physicians, receiving of instructions, dispensing practice and administration practice are classified in the extended medicines and regular/temporary medicines and displayed on the screen so as to be visually confirmable, easy to understand and seen in one lot.
