PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a displayed image in response to the movement of an object when an operator moves the object in a space at the projection side of the image created by a projection device by using a common device. PSOLUTION: The projection image creating device 8 is provided with an object storing means 12 for storing object related data 4 relevant to the object 2 in the space projected by the projection device 5, and display position data 6 indicating a display position of the object 2, a hand area detecting means 17 for creating hand area data 25 of an area of a hand 61 of an operator detected from projection image data 10 projected by the projection device 5, an object hold detecting means 13 for detecting the grasped state of the object 2 by the hand 61 from the hand area of the hand area data 25 and the display position of the display position data 6, a position managing means 22a for creating after movement display position data 17 indicating a display position of the object related data after movement along hand area movement when the object 2 is in a grasped state by the hand 61, and the hand area of the hand area data 25 has moved, and an image data creating means 22b for creating projection image data 9 displaying the object related data 4 in a position of the after movement display position data 7.
