PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management system capable of improving operability, a print setting device, a print history device, an image forming apparatus, a print setting service device, a temporary document keeping service device and a control program.;SOLUTION: In the electronic document management system comprising a document management server 16, a compound machine 13 and a print setting server 12, the document management server 16 stores a document file (print object data) to be a print object, the print setting server 12 stores the information of print setting including the keeping destination information of the document file and login information and a print ID corresponding to it beforehand, and the information of the print setting is inquired using the print ID from the compound machine 13 to the print setting server 12.
