BUSINESS RESULT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND BUSINESS RESULT MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage work results while reducing business result input man-hours.;SOLUTION: A production system 1 is provided with a production device 11 and a production log database (DB) 12. A business result management system 2 is provided with a business result management server 21, a business classification table (a database: DB) 22 and a business result database (DB) 23. The production system 1 and the business result management system 2 are connected by a communication line such as a LAN (local area network) 100. An employee master database (DB) 3 recording personal information on employees (such as names, employee numbers and posts) as shown in Figure 3, a terminal 4 for workers to manually input business man-hours, and the like are connected to the LAN 100. An attendance and leaving management system 5 is provided with an attendance and leaving management device 51 such as a time recorder, and an attendance and leaving time database (DB) 52.
