PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for multi-layering thermoplastic resin sheets suitable for constructing a thermoplastic resin multi-layered sheet having a half-cured resin layer to be cured in the post process, and to improve workability of adding the half-cured resin layer to the surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet surface.;SOLUTION: In the composite film for multi-layering the thermoplastic resin sheets, the half-cured resin layer curable by an energy ray is formed on the first mold-releasable resin film. The thermoplastic resin multi-layered sheet is made by welding the half-cured resin layer side of the composite resin film to the thermoplastic resin sheet into one body. In this case the first mold-releasable resin film is kept un-peeled. Thus prepared thermoplastic resin multi-layered sheet is thermo-formed and is cured by irradiating the energy ray through the first mold-releasable resin film to the half-cured resin layer to produce a hard coat layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
