FULL PRECAST FLOOR SLAB, FLOOR STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FULL PRECAST FLOOR SLAB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full precast floor slab capable of being easily manufactured and handled, a rational floor structure using the full precast floor slab, and an efficient manufacturing method for the full precast floor slab.;SOLUTION: The full precast floor slab 1 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape longer in one direction; a hollow part 3 along a longitudinal direction is formed within the range of a board thickness; and shear cotters 5 are formed on the top-surface sides of both side parts in a short-length direction, respectively. In the floor structure, a shear force is transferred via a joint bar 10 and joint concrete 13, in terms of the short-length direction of the full precast floor slab 1, and directly transferred by the joint concrete 13 infilled between the shear cotters 5, in terms of the longitudinal direction. The manufacturing apparatus manufactures the full precast floor slab along with the concurrent formation of the shear cotter, by circulating and driving a rotary belt type lateral form, provided with a protrusion for forming the cotter, on both the side parts of a long bed, while continuously pouring the concrete onto the long bed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
