PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic device which is easily manufactured by a simple method and excellent in electrical conductivity, and to provide its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The organic device uses an organic compound represented by a formula: Si(A1)(A2)(A3)-B-Si(A4)(A5)(A6)(wherein, A1 to A6 are hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, alkoxy groups or alkyl groups; inequality, A1 to A3A4 to A6, concerning elimination reactivity is satisfied; and B is a bivalent organic group). The method of manufacturing the organic device comprises a first process of forming a single monomolecular film by making a cyril group which is contained in the organic compound and has A1 to A3 react with the front surface of a substrate, a second process of cleaning and removing the unreacted organic compound by the use of an non-aqueous solvent, and a third process of depositing the monomolecular films formed of the organic compound while the unreacted cyril group existing in the film surface of the monomolecular film serves as a site of adsorptive reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
