PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce production cost of a fiber-reinforced resin string by molding without using a high cost molding device such as a die, increasing molding speed, facilitating a variety of products in small quantity without increase in cost.;SOLUTION: A fiber bundle 2 premolded with twisting to form a round cross section is transferred with a tension by a tension roller 9, and introduced into a resin vessel 3 to be impregnated with a thermosetting resin 11, and then an excess amount of the resin is removed by passing through a dice 4, and the resultant is passed through an electric furnace 5 repeatedly so as to cure the resin by heating under non-contacting condition, followed by pulling out by a pulling-out means 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
